There are plenty of 'love it or hate it' games, and is a good example of such. Okay, it's more of an 'accept it or forget it' game, but that's neither here nor there. The point is, it's getting a patch that should greatly improve several gameplay elements.Capcom Unity's community manager, Bret Elston, provided a list of the fixes:-Improved matching. Easier to connect and added each user's NAT info to main menu for easier troubleshooting.-Matchmaking from invites improved.-Ally AI improved-Enemy AI and responses improved-Adjusted various elements of weaponry, including ammo count, knockdown distance, weapon respawn times etc-Improved aiming/fire accuracy-Items can be picked up while dashing-Infinite CQC combo addressed (can't string together endless attacks)-Players can take cover immediately following a dive-Also a fair number of bugs addressedGlad to see they improved aiming and accuracy. One of the worst problems with the game were undetected headshots at long range. It was infuriating.

Capcom only provides customers with very basic support, such as making sure your computer meets the minimum specs or your drivers are all up to date. And, as a matter of fact, that is quite understandable, since they were only the publishers.

However they should not have allowed the game to be released with the problems you mentioned and with performance issues as well. There were many players, whose computer met the required specs, complaining about huge framerate drops, stutter and graphics settings inefficiency, as changing them didn't make much of a difference in performance. I think, last year, I contacted Capcom support and asked them if they could do sth about the stupid AI and poor performance, but they were very evasive about the AI and wouldn't even admit the game has performance issues.
